Adrian Battersby – Head of Production

An accomplished commentator, producer and director, Adrian gets the very best out of every event and has the vision, knowledge and experience to produce innovative, high quality programmes for TV and web. His philosophy is to give the best value for money to all our clients and to be the very best at whatever he does – to the benefit of our clients. University educated, Adrian established HORIZON in 1995 with ten years commercial and managerial experience working for major utility companies.

Fiona Harrison – Marketing Director

Fiona makes us and our clients look good! Fiona has managed Horizon's major client accounts for over a decade and makes it her mission to make sure everything happens on-time, on-budget and everyone is happy. Fiona joined Horizon after working in the charitable sector project managing major events for several years, in the UK and overseas.  Fiona graduated in English Literature and History.

Chris Williams –Web Projects Manager

Chris heads up Horizon's web development team managing Horizon's live and on-demand video delivery and client website development with creativity, skill and good humour! Chris is involved in the Joomla! community, helping run the Joomla! User Group Midlands as well as talking at Joomla! days about the use of Video in Joomla! Chris graduated with a degree in Internet Technology at Staffordshire University 

Peter Wickson - Customer Services Manager

Peter manages Horizon's customer service, software support and training services to our large client base of software users.  Pete has also become 'Mr. Bowls', overseeing event and media production for some of our major clients.  Peter joined the Horizon organisation back in 2003 after a long career in operations and IT development/project management in one of the major high street banks.

Mike Roper - Production Manager

Mike is an experienced live webcast producer, managing large projects such as the IFSC.tv world tour, travelling worldwide to produce live broadcasts for fans. Experienced at working live at events, Mike is fast on his feet and is the man to have around to solve a problem!

Phil Prior - Lead Editor

Phil combines creative flair with technical expertise to produce the high quality TV programmes our customers and broadcasters demand. Phil has worked as an editor since graduating in media production and has spent several years working with production companies in London, including three years with the BBC.
